How fast is delivery?
Most Kathmandu valley addresses receive their order within 90 minutes, between 11am and 9pm.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes. Alcohol is sold only to adults aged 18 and over, and our rider may ask for valid ID at the door.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery or online payment at checkout. Both are confirmed before the rider leaves.
Can I track my order?
Yes — open My account and every order shows its live status from confirmed to delivered.
Is the stock genuine?
Every case is licensed, sealed and traceable to its importer.
